AncestralCraft ships worldwide. Every sign is made to order — here is exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.
Production Time
Standard heritage signs typically enter production within 1–3 business days of your order being placed. Personalized House of [Name] signs require an additional review step to confirm your family name and styling, which may add 1–2 business days to production. Production time is separate from shipping time — both are explained below.
Shipping Time
Once your order leaves our production facility, delivery times vary by destination:
United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom & European Union: 7–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
Rest of World: 10–25 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, regional carrier delays, and local holidays can occasionally extend delivery beyond these windows.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves production. If you do not receive this within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us at care@ancestralcraft.com.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of sign ordered, and the number of items in your cart. We periodically run free-shipping promotions — any active offer will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders outside the country of origin, your shipment may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. AncestralCraft has no control over these fees and cannot predict their exact amount.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple signs from different traditions, they may ship separately and arrive on different days, as each is produced individually. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, including apartment/unit numbers and postal codes. AncestralCraft is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
